Fecundación in Vitro

Es el tratamiento más utilizado en reproducción asistida. La unión entre el óvulo y el espermatozoide se hace en el laboratorio. Se puede utilizar semen de la pareja/cónyuge o de donante Posteriormente se introducen los embriones en el útero de la mujer para que sigan su desarrollo. Inseminación Artificial Intrauterina

En este caso el tratamiento se realiza aprovechando el periodo de la ovulación de la mujer. Los espermatozoides (que pueden ser de la pareja/cónyuge o de donante) se procesan y seleccionan previamente en el laboratorio para facilitar la fecundación. Una vez que han sido seleccionados y procesados se introducen en la cavidad uterina. Este tratamiento de reproducción asistida tiene tres pasos y se recomienda para determinados casos.

Ovodonación

En este tratamiento de reproducción una mujer recibe los óvulos procedentes de una donante. La donación es un acto altruista, anónimo y voluntario, destinado a ayudar a mujeres con problemas reproductivos. Los óvulos son inseminados en el laboratorio con semen de la pareja/cónyuge o de donante. Los embriones generados se transfieren al útero de la receptora. Se indica para mujeres que no pueden conseguir un embarazo con sus propios óvulos.

Método ROPA

Hay tratamientos de reproducción asistida que permiten que dos mujeres que conforman una pareja puedan ser madres, participando las dos de forma activa en el proceso. El Método ROPA (Recepción de Óvulos de la Pareja) es un tratamiento de Fecundación in Vitro en el que una de las madres aporta el óvulo y la otra recibe el embrión para su gestación. Se utiliza un semen de donante compatible con las mujeres que forman la familia.

Transferencia de Embriones Congelados

Gracias a la aplicación en la reproducción asistida de métodos específicos de congelación se pueden utilizar embriones congelados. Estos se congelan tras un tratamiento de Fecundación in Vitro. Es un tratamiento sin riesgo para el desarrollo y la evolución del embrión, con tasas de supervivencia de cerca del 100%. El proceso, indicado para ciertos casos, permite una gran planificación del día de la transferencia

Diagnóstico Genético Preimplantacional (DGP)

Los avances en reproducción asistida permiten estudiar la genética del embrión para evitar la transmisión de una enfermedad genética grave a la descendencia. Para ello se hace un tratamiento de Fecundación in Vitro. Tras obtener una muestra de los embriones, se analizan y, confirmado el diagnóstico, se seleccionan los sanos para la transferencia. La realización del DGP solo se permite en determinados casos.

In Vitro Fertilisation

Hoy hemos estado en vuestra instalación y os hemos presentado a nuestras dos bebés. Estamos agradecido de corazón por vuestro trato y trabajo. Tras el cierre repentino de clínica “UR Cádiz” en medio del tratamiento, nuestro embrión fue custodiado por la junta de Andalucía ya que dicha clínica la cerraron sin avisar a sus pacientes. Estamos en contra de la empresa UR, pero el equipo de ginecólogos, embriología… son de 100. En medio de esta desesperación y abandono, encontramos al equipo NOVA FIV, trabajo impecable, trato muy personal, comunicación con tus médicos a través de WhatsApp, respuestas casi inmediatas. Espero que mucha gente lean mi reseña y acudan a NOVAFIV, ya que en Cádiz tenemos buenos equipos de repro en NOVAFIV Y NO HACE FALTA IR A SEVILLA NI A MÁLAGA.
